The family rooms are spacious with clean interiors, giving you room to breathe after a day of adventuring. The enclosed courtyards provide a nice private space for some chill time, perfect for enjoying the sunset with a drink in hand.

Parking can be a hassle, particularly if you're in a spot that's tricky to access with other vehicles nearby. A bit of careful maneuvering is necessary. The water flow in the shower was weak . Plus, the wooden blinds in the rooms let in a lot of morning light, which isn't great for those who like to sleep in. A few more precautions cleaning the BBQ would also help, as it looked a bit neglected when we arrived.

I appreciated a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV set in the well-appointed room.

Quiet little hotel, the staff were all very very helpful and respectful and the location was favourable near a shore. Location: the venue was so close to parks, and the village centre pubs and restaurants.

Had a lovely stay in the Family Room! Super clean with a well-equipped kitchen, great for cooking up meals. The outdoor BBQ area was a nice spot to relax after beach trips. Just a bit of a hassle with parking, but totally manageable!

The Tairua Shores offered a lovely unit that was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Steven, was helpful, providing advice on walking trails and local dining options. The location was ideal, just a short stroll from the town and close to scenic walking paths and beaches.

Limited luggage space in the unit.

Was very clean and comfortable. Only Stayed for one night, but could have easily stayed another few time permitting. Stand up fan didn't work, but a quick ask at the front desk and a brand new one was brought immediately which i thought was fantastic service!!

A fabulous surprise! The family room was spacious and modern, just a short stroll to the beach. The owner was cute and the cleaning staff kept everything super clean. Plus, a nice outdoor area with BBQ facilities for unwinding after a long day. Can't wait to return!

It was clean, and we enjoyed the patio. The owners were extremely helpful when I left my mobile phone behind and had to have it returned.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with good facilities, the bed was lovely. A fridge, tea/coffee making equipment and a dining area were good.

The location, just 2 minutes from the beach, was perfect for morning walks. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Steven, the owner, was cute and went out of his way to. The full kitchen in our Family Room with View was very convenient for preparing meals. The outdoor space with a BBQ setup was a nice touch for evening cookouts. On the downside, the water flow in the shower was weak. The unit felt modern and was serviced daily by friendly cleaning staff. Would definitely consider returning despite the shower issue.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Great boat ramp nearby for easy access to water activities.

Definitely recommend for couples seeking peace

The place is super clean and cozy, loved the charming outdoor patio where we had our morning coffee , feels like a hidden gem. We even got some great tips from our friendly hosts about fishing at the wharf, a nice touch.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but still acceptable given the quality.
